From your left-hand menu, you can easily navigate to your appointments, contact list, service packages & products, form templates, library, and inbox. Everything that falls into each of these categories you can find when you click on one including templates, settings, and live-action items. Automations are easy to set up and require no tech skills whatsoever!

02. Client Portal

I love this client portal! I know so many dog trainers are juggling a million emails, support tickets, or even text messages to their phones!

Practice's client portal not only is the perfect one-stop-shop for all the resources and info you have shared with that client, but each has its own messaging center where you and your client can communicate via chat, voice memo, create todos (client homework!) and even see email threads. I absolutely LOVE how organized this portal keeps all of your client's information.

The library can host links (think your favorite website articles or even evergreen documents via Canva or Google), and actual files.

What I also love is that you can see everyone who has access to each folder. Don't want a client to have access to a folder anymore? You can delete them from that folder/file. Easy Peasy!
