01. Inquiry
Reach out and schedule a free 30-minute call so we can get to know one another and see if we are a good match to work together.
Not sure if you’re ready for a Total System Buildout? Let’s start with a Strategy & Mapping Session! -
02. Make it Official
If we are a good fit, I will send over a proposal for you to review. Everything look good? Just submit the proposal, sign the contract, and pay the deposit.

03. Strategy & Mapping Session
All system setups must start with a Strategy & Mapping Session. You will complete a brief questionnaire and schedule your Strategy call. During your call, we will be laser-focused on your business and client journey. By the end of the day, we will have a complete map of everything we need to buildout your system.

04. Implementation Pre-Work
After our Strategy & Mapping Session, you will have a little pre-work to complete before our Buildout - a brief questionnaire with general questions about your brand and an Implementation Workbook from your Strategy & Mapping Session. So grab a cuppa and get them banged out! It will be so worth it!

05. The Build
Now it’s my turn! Sit back while I begin building the perfect system that will not only impress your clients but keep your business organized and running seamlessly.
Note: project build length is based on the size and complexity of your project, but usual turn-around time is about 4 weeks after receiving your pre-build homework. -
06. Handoff & Support
When your buildout is completed, you will submit the rest of your invoice and I will send you a reference guide with recorded walkthroughs of your workflows and account, and your 30-day support period will begin. You also get an optional 1-hour post-buildout call during your support period for any questions, bug fixes, or additional training while you test-drive your new system.

Account Audit
Whether you are a DIYer or someone else set up your system, an account audit is a great way to get a snapshot of the health of your system. You will leave with a full, detailed report of your system’s health, recommendations and notes, and next steps. Next steps could include DIY-ing any necessary changes, a System Cleanup VIP Day, or a Total System Buildout.
