There are a plethora of CRM and project management systems out there and it can be daunting to choose the right one. After dabbling in many of them myself, these are some of the ones that I have found work best not only for me but for many of my clients as well.

Dubsado
Obviously! One platform that keeps all client contacts, contracts, proposals, documents, appointment schedulers, and payments in one place. The workflows and automation bring potential clients on a seamless journey all while saving time and stress. It is truly a lifesaver!
Setting it up, on the other hand, does take some time, strategy, and a little frustration for newcomers. But it is totally worth it!!!

Honeybook
HoneyBook combines business tools like invoices, contracts, and project management features into one platform, providing everything needed to provide top-tier service and manage your business efficiently.
What is nice about Honeybook is that they have an app, which is essential for those on the go!
They also have a huge community where you can connect with other small business owners.
Honeybook is a bit easier to wrap your mind around than Dubsado but doesn’t offer as much in regard to automation and customization. I have some clients who absolutely love their Honeybook account and it works perfectly for their business.

Asana
Need a Project Management Platform? This is it!
Asana is an awesome PM software. It is easy to use, has a minimal learning curve, and allows the ability to keep track of all your projects (business or personal) with ease. Pssst…and you can totally get by running your business with the free version!
I was using Clickup before switching to Asana. I loved Clickup, but I wasn't utilizing anywhere near what it offers. Also, I feel like there is a much higher learning curve with Clickup. Asana is not only easy to use but there are SO MANY WAYS to use it. Depending on how you run your business, it is easy to customize and implement Asana into your business. If you upgrade to the paid versions, there are so many wonderful features such as workflows, priority settings, and reporting just to name a few.
I decided to switch after I did a setup for a client and it has really changed my world. I really liked Clickup... but I LOVE Asana!

Practice.do
Practice is a must-see if you are a coach (or even a dog trainer!). This platform was created by coaches for coaches and includes all the features you need to easily and successfully run your business while giving your clients an awesome experience.
